GMAT 2024: Important Dates & Things to Consider
GMAT test dates are rolled out on a 6-months basis, i.e., you can schedule your test a maximum of six months in advance. Experts advise that the aspirants should register 2-3 months prior to their GMAT exam date 2024. Further, you need to keep track of the following things while applying for the exam:
- Time required for your exam preparation
- Application dates of your desired MBA/masters programs of the respective B-schools (Authorities recommend that you should choose a test date atleast 21 days prior to the application deadline.)
- Gap of 16 days between two successive attempts
- Time required to confirm registration, if you are applying via mail or similar modes
- Time required to reach the designated test centre
- Eligibility criteria for taking the exam
As per GMAC guidelines, you will need to add 15 more days, if you are registering by mail. However, if you are applying by phone or online, you can register even just 24 hours before the test.
