CLAT PG Exam: Difficulty Level
The CLAT PG exam consisted of 20 legal passages. So, it can be said that the exam difficulty level was difficult. The legal passages had 6 questions, each based on the topics that have been a matter of concern in the legal community. The topics asked in the CLAT PG 2022 include –Company law, Juvenile Justice, Evidence Act, Tax Law etc., which are generally not questioned in the exam.
Though the topics were new in the exam, it was majorly dominated by Criminal Law, Jurisprudence, International Law, Constitutional Law, and Contracts. The paper was mostly about what had happened recently, and there were only a few questions about the old landmark cases. Most of the questions in the contract were easy to answer and based on real-world situations. Questions about criminal law were based on recent events, such as an arrest, a dowry death, etc.
However, the exam was conceptual and focused on testing the legal understanding of the candidates. The exam was full of surprises as there was a passage based on the amalgamation of companies. Besides, the exam contained a few problem-based questions too.
