Possible Reason: Popup blocker of your browser is enabled.
What to do: Disable popup blocker of the browser & allow pop ups from hitbullseye.com
To disable in Internet Explorer: Tools —> Internet Options —> Privacy —> Popup Blocker —> Turn off popup
blocker —> OK
To disable in Firefox: Tools —> Options —> Contents —> (untick) Block Popup Windows —> OK
To disable in Google Chrome: —> Settings —> Show advanced settings —> Privacy —> Popup Section —> Allow all sites to show —> OK

Problem: I am unable to see some text / buttons on the test screen |
Possible Reasons: Screen Resolution is low or the system does not support screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
What to do: Adjust screen resolution or reduce browser page view percentage (Zoom Settings).
- To Adjusting Screen Resolution Right click on Desktop —> Properties —> Settings —> set the screen-resolution to minimum 1024 x 768.
- To reduce browser page view percentage (change Zoom Settings)
While the test is open, press ctrl & - (minus) buttons together on your keyboard
