Account Related Problems: Can't Create Account / Can't Access Account

Solution: In order to create an account at hitbullseye.com, please visit the following registration page on our portal.

Solution: The error is given when you are already registered with Bulls Eye with this email /mobile for particular session & domain combination. You can create new account with same email / mobile but in different domain. In case you forget the login credentials , you can retrieve the same by clicking Forgot Password.

Solution:The new password can be set by clicking Forgot Password link . You have to enter your registered email / mobile and OTAP will be send to you. After entering correct OTAP you can reset your password and access your account.

Solution:The error is given when either wrong email / mobile is entered or password is wrong. In case you forgot the login credentials, you can retrieve by clicking the Forgot password link and generate new password.

Solution:If you are a registered at Bulls Eye and you are using your Bulls Eye registered email id for Facebook / Google, in that case simply by Clicking “Sign In” on our homepage you can open your account. But you have to be logged on to your Facebook / Google account on the same browser.

Solution:Click on Sign Up > Through Facebook / Google
Your basic information like First Name, Last Name, Email Id will be auto fetched and pre filled in the form. By completing other requisite information you can create new account.

Solution:One Time Authentication Password is sent immediately to registered mobile number / email address and is valid for 2 minutes. We advise that you check your mobile / email both for the OTAP. In case you don't receive it for any reason, new One Time Authentication Password can be generated by clicking the "Click Here" provided on the screen.

Solution:The error is given because you have entered incorrect OTAP. You are required to fill correct password received on your mobile or generate new password if you have lost the OTAP.

Solution:The validity of the OTAP generated is 2 minutes. In case you do not enter the OTAP in 2 minutes, it will expire and you need to generate new OTAP.

Test Related Problems: Not able to start test/ Not able to find guidelines

Solution: You have to go to Test Zone > Take Booked Tests & click Start Test Now next to the booked test in the list.

Solution: You can reschedule a test up to 3 hours prior to the booked slot. After that rescheduling is not possible. To take such a test, you have to wait for the test cycle to get over when you get the test under Test Zone > Missed Test Series Tests.

Solution: You have to start & finish the test within the booked time slot. Slot duration is usually more than the test duration. You may start the test 10 - 15 minutes later then the slot start time in case of contingencies however the test needs to be finished before the slot end time. Else the test will be auto submitted.

Solution: You can resume your test any number of times within the booked time slot however once the slot time gets over, you cannot resume the test. Hence we advise you to take the test where you have a more reliable internet connection & power back up too.

Solution: If while taking the test, internet connection drops or test is interrupted because of any other reason & is not submitted properly. When you try to open it after the slot time, you will see message "Test is not active" however all questions attempted by you are saved in the database. You will see your detailed result after the test cycle gets over & result is generated for the test.

Solution: Missed tests can be found under Test Zone > Missed Test Series Tests once the test cycle gets over and the result is generated for the test.

Solution: You can check result of such tests under Result & Analysis > Missed Test Series Tests immediately after submitting the test.

Solution: Result generated for Missed Tests is not compared with the other test takers. Score percentile graph given for the Missed Tests Series Tests is history based.

Problem in Taking Test: Graphs etc. Not Visible / Questions Scattered

Possible Reason: Popup blocker of your browser is enabled.

What to do: Disable popup blocker of the browser & allow pop ups from hitbullseye.com

To disable in IE: Tools Internet Options Privacy Popup Blocker Turn off popup blocker OK

To disable in Firefox: Tools Options Contents (untick) Block Popup Windows OK

To disable in Chrome: Settings Show Advanced Settings Content Settings Select radio button next to "Allow all sites to show pop-ups"

Possible Reason: Screen Resolution is low or the system does not support screen resolution of 1024 x 768.

What to do: Adjust screen resolution or reduce browser page view percentage (Zoom Settings).

  • To Adjust Screen Resolution Right click on Desktop Properties Settings set the
          screen-resolution to minimum 1024 x 768.
  • To reduce browser page view percentage (change Zoom Settings) While the test is open, press ctrl & - (minus) buttons together on your keyboard .
